Vacancy: InSAR Scientist
GRSG Member CGG NPA Satellite Mapping has a vacency for an InSAR Scientist
The successful candidate will be educated to MSc level or above (or equivalent) in SAR, InSAR, geodesy, remote sensing or a similar subject, with academic and or commercial experience of SAR/InSAR. A PhD involving InSAR would be highly desirable.
Experience processing in GAMMA software would be an advantage, along with Python, C, GDAL and/or SQL and similar. Algorithm development and signal / image processing experience would also be beneficial.
Other useful skills include: experience using ArcGIS, time series analysis, geophysical modelling, development experience with Arcobjects/arcpy etc, or experience of complementary surveying methods such as terrestrial radar, GPS, levelling, near-surface geophysics.
