CALL FOR PAPERS

The GRSG North America Committee in collaboration with the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) is holding a series of special sessions on geological applications of photogrammetry and remote sensing at the Imaging and Geospatial Technology Forum (IGTF) (formerly the ASPRS Annual Conference) to be held at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel, Tampa, Florida, May 4 through May 8, 2015. Abstracts (250 words) are requested covering the following proposed themes:

  • Applications of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) in the extractive industries
  • Advances in geological remote sensing for natural resource exploration
  • Applied ecological remote sensing
  • Operational uses of remote sensing in the extractive industries
